President, Computacenter North America
As part of Computacenter's acquisition of Pivot in November of 2020, Kevin became the President of Computacenter North America. He joined Pivot in 2015, and was appointed President in January 2016. He brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in the IT industry in sales, service operations, profit-loss management, and acquisition integration.
Prior to joining Pivot, Kevin spent nine years at CompuCom, most recently as Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Services Officer (CSO), with responsibility for leading approximately 9,000 of CompuCom’s 11,500 associates. Under his leadership, CompuCom grew to be one of the largest device management companies in North America (Gartner, 2013). Before his promotion to CSO, Kevin served as Senior Vice President, Service Sales and Delivery. During this tenure, he and his teams created a significant return for stock holders, investors, and equity partners. He also co-led the integration of two major acquisitions. Kevin joined CompuCom through the acquisition of GE’s IT Solutions (GE ITS) business unit. While at GE ITS, he led sales and operations for their largest services region. Kevin graduated with a dual bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Indiana University (FW).
SVP, US Sales
Justin joined Computacenter US in 2007 and is responsible for the Sales, Marketing, Client Operations, and Partner Management teams within the US business.
Before joining Computacenter, Justin led a Professional Services team at MTI Technology and worked in various roles at Accenture. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University.
SVP, Service Operations
Matt is responsible for all US Services Operations including Integration Centers, Professional Services, Deployment Services, Managed Services and Services Back-Office support functions.
Matt joined Pivot in February 2016 as VP Service Solutions and was appointed Chief Strategy Officer in August 2016. In this role he was responsible for developing, communicating and delivering key initiatives, while ensuring that the strategy drove improvements that deliver value to Pivot’s associates, partners and shareholders. In October of 2018, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, responsible for service delivery operations, including the design of existing and new service and solution offerings. Prior to joining Pivot, Matt spent more than 20 years at CompuCom working in various services and sales leadership roles. Most recently, he served in Services & Sales VP roles supporting many of CompuCom’s largest customers. During his tenure, Matt helped to significantly grow the existing services business through development and delivery, as well as adding net new services customers. Matt brings extensive enterprise experience in client governance, field services, project management, service operations, managed services and sales leadership to the Computacenter portfolio.
SVP, Technology Sourcing Operations (North America)
After Pivot was acquired by Computacenter in November of 2020, Scott became SVP of Technology Sourcing Operations, where his is responsible for the North American Tech Sourcing business that includes all product/partner management, Inside sales and Purchasing.
Scott Ward joined Pivot in October 2017 as EVP of Partners and Alliances, to solidify and build on Pivot’s important OEM and distribution partner relationships across the industry. In October of 2018, he took on the added responsibility as sales leader for Pivot’s ACS business unit on the West coast. Scott was later promoted to Pivot’s Chief Revenue Officer in November 2019 and was responsible for U.S. sales, sales operations and support, as well as strategic industry partnerships and alliances. Scott brings more than 30 years of technology product and solution sales experience. Prior to joining Pivot, he was SVP and General Manager for Zones, Inc., where he managed a national field sales force selling technology products and services. Scott previously held various senior sales roles and sits on multiple technology advisory boards including Dell Technologies, Cisco, and HPE. Scott is also involved with Chicago-based charitable organizations including Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center, Lazarus House, and Blind Veterans.
SVP, Head of Legal (North America)
Matt provides legal guidance and strategic advice to drive and protect the business. He is privileged to lead an impressive team of lawyers and professionals in advising our business units in complex and strategic transactions, employee matters, corporate governance, IP protection and commercial litigation.
Prior to Pivot, he spent six years as Senior Counsel for one of the largest privately held energy companies in the US where he designed and implemented a full contract life cycle management system. He graduated from University of Georgia School of Law.
SVP, Head of Compliance (North America)
Wendy leads a team responsible for compliance, risk management, and strategic advice to Computacenter North America. She serves as a key legal advisor across the company and to its executive team.
Prior to Computacenter, as Head of Compliance for Pivot, Wendy Coticchia was an integral part of Pivot’s strategic risk management and was responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the corporate compliance program. Wendy has over 20 years of experience advising enterprise and mid-sized corporations. She joined Pivot in 2014 as VP and General Counsel, and has continuously provided strategic risk management and legal advice. In 2016, she assumed the additional role of Compliance Officer, and since that time has built a strong ethical and compliance framework for the Pivot family of companies. She was named Chief Compliance Officer in 2018. Prior to joining Pivot, Wendy worked extensively in the financial services industry, within the corporate legal departments of Charles Schwab and Nationwide Insurance, and was Of Counsel to Jacko Law Group. Wendy is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she was an editor of the Journal of Law and Commerce, and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
SVP, Finance (North America)
David is responsible for all public and internal financial deliverables for Computacenter North America.
Prior to this role he was CFO for Pivot Technology Solutions. He has over 20 years as a senior finance leader in various technology businesses, including public and private companies and divisions of global public companies, as well as 10 years with Leitch Technology (TSX listed) and Harris Corporation (Head of finance for Broadcast division). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and a CPA, CA designation.
SVP, Human Resources
Dennis Hatch has served as Vice President, Human Resources of Computacenter US since 2015, focusing on culture and employee engagement as well as being responsible for hiring, benefits, performance management and HR policies. Before joining Computacenter, Dennis spent 20 years at Sonesta Hotels, where he held various senior HR leadership roles such as Vice President, Human Resources and Senior Director of Employee Engagement.
Dennis earned his bachelor's degree from Boston College in Economics while minoring in Human Resources.
SVP, Group Development & CTO
Mike's goal is to continually develop and deliver an industry-leading services portfolio which enables our clients to provide modern IT services, reduce IT spend, increase speed to market and better align with business needs.
Mike Flanagan became Pivot CIO/CTO in 2018, having joined Pivot in 2016 as EVP of the Integrated IT Services Portfolio & Technology Solutions, focused on developing end user managed services and managing Pivot’s portfolio. Prior to joining Pivot, Mike spent over 20 years at CompuCom working in various Business Development, IT Operations, Professional Services and Integration Center Services roles. Most recently, he served as the VP of End User Managed Operations Services, Product Development, and Strategic Direction in CompuCom’s largest business Unit: End User Enablement. Mike was responsible for maintaining and growing CompuCom’s $759 million EUE services portfolio, which was accomplished by developing and launching new services and managing an industry-leading service delivery capability for End Point Operation Management services. Prior to joining CompuCom, Mike spent 10 years in the Telco repair business at CTDI responsible for new product development and operational management for repair of central office and cellular-based equipment. Mike also has participated in hundreds of strategic development and planning sessions with industry analysts and key leaders of large Fortune 1000 enterprise clients.
VP Managed Services Sales
John leads a team of sales executives focused on delivering Managed Services to large customers in North America for Computacenter.
He joined Pivot in 2016 as EVP and as EVP of Sigma Solutions. He brings more than 30 years of executive, technical, sales and P&L experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining Pivot, John was SVP of Sales at Tolt Solutions (a Clearlake Capital business) and previously served 10 years at CompuCom as VP and General Manager running several regions and verticals. He also has held various key leadership roles while at IBM, General Electric, Xerox and Merchant Wired. John has led company teams to recognize services growth and to secure large, service-based, annuity revenue streams. These created significant return for stock holders, investors, and equity partners. During his career, he has been involved in several mergers and acquisitions.
